Leadership
Edrees Feda, Founder and Sole Owner of Lucrum Capital, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as CEO and CIO. He is at the helm of all operations and activities across the firm’s alternative investments strategies, including investment sourcing, screening and due diligence, trade and acquisition execution, and asset management, while also spearheading the development of its proprietary software.

Founder and Managing Principal

Holding a pivotal role in the firm, Edrees’s investments journey began when he was just 13 and in high school. With his interest in finance stemming from the 2008 financial crisis, he started by trading equities under a custodian account. From there, he pursued his intellectual curiosity in quantitative finance research through algorithmic equities trading and alternative investments via private REIT and distressed RMBS products analysis.
Extending his curiosity after school, Edrees began his professional career at a boutique SFR acquisition brokerage, swiftly elevating the firm’s presence from the DC Metropolitan area to a national scale. A strategic pivot led him to Crowdstreet, contributing to over $1.5 Billion of equity raises as an Associate Real Estate Analyst.
Subsequently, Edrees joined M.C. Dean, blending Corporate Development and Family Office roles, to manage M&A activities, corporate real estate portfolios, and VC/PE investments. Concurrently, he consulted for clients such as PPR Capital Management, leading their Commercial Real Estate/Multifamily vertical as a JV and Co-GP equity capital source.

Additionally, Edrees’ real estate licensure covers the following jurisdictions: VA, DC, MD, TX, FL, GA, NC, TN, PA, NY, MA, IL, CO, CA, NV, and WA.
Today, Edrees is Founder and Managing Principal of Lucrum Companies, the parent company of Lucrum Capital. Beyond Lucrum Capital, the firm is an alternative investments platform that includes a real estate investment bank, licensed as a private placements broker-dealer, (Lucrum Capital Securities), an alternative investment advisor, licensed as an state-registered RIA, (Lucrum Capital Advisors), and a commercial real estate brokerage (Lucrum Realty). Edrees is the sole owner and managing operator of all these subsidiary companies.
